ABOUT J&C MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS
We are Judith and Charlotte, in-depth interviewers specializing in uncovering what drives, motivates, and challenges employees at all levels within an organization. Through in-depth conversations, we not only identify reasons for employees leaving. We also explore what attracts them to the organization, what obstacles they encounter, and how they experience the company culture. In addition, we reveal the factors that influence their loyalty, their decision to stay or move on, and their overall sense of trust in the organization.
We also offer a structured insight program, comparable to a periodic inspection: regular conversations that help organizations stay continuously informed about developments, trends, and potential issues within their teams. In this process, we work closely with executive leadership and HR so that our insights directly support policy and decision-making.
